QA Engineer (Web & API)

Job Description:

• Execute functional testing of React/TypeScript web applications across browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
• Perform regression testing for each sprint release validate that existing features remain unaffected.
• Test responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
• Validate state management flows, form validations, navigation, and complex UI interactions.
• Verify frontend integration with backend APIs data fetching, error handling, loading states.
• Test authentication and authorization flows login, signup, role-based access, session management.
• Test RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Postman validate request/response schemas, status codes, error handling.
• Execute API integration testing verify data flow between frontend, backend services, and databases.
• Validate API authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT tokens) and authorization (RBAC).
• Test API edge cases invalid inputs, rate limiting, pagination, large payloads, concurrent requests.
• Maintain and update Postman collections and environments for all API endpoints.
• Verify database state changes after API operations PostgreSQL and MongoDB validation.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience with Web and API Testing (Postman)
• Experience with tests end-to-end data flows, not just isolated features.
• Experience with test plans, work items, bug tracking.
