Job Description

The successful new joiner will be a member of an international team that manages a logistics software service, which enables him/her to improve his/her technical and personal competencies.

As a QA Engineer you will play a role in the process from the analysis stage of the project to the post-delivery support stage, prepares and runs test procedures, reports the test scenario situations and errors, analyzes the errors recorded after the go-live to the customer and assigns the task to the relevant person.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with development and product teams to prepare and execute comprehensive test plans.
  • Designing, running, and reporting on manual and automated test cases across multiple testing levels.
  • Developing and maintaining automated end-to-end tests using Playwright for our Oracle APEX-based applications.
  • Testing APIs using APIDog or Postman to ensure integration quality and reliability.
  • Setting up and maintaining test environments, data, and CI/CD integration for automated test execution.
  • Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assisting in customer training when needed.
  • Documenting and reporting test results, issues, and improvement suggestions.
  • Collaborating in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment to continuously enhance software quality and testing efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation, ideally using Playwright (or comparable frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
  • Experience testing APIs using tools such as APIDog or Postman.
  • Familiarity with Oracle APEX or other web-based enterprise application frameworks is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies, test design techniques, and Agile processes.
  • Experience working with SaaS products and cloud-based architectures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle customer communication in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
  • Experience writing user documentation or test manuals.
  • Knowledge of logistics or transportation processes is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including problem-solving, analytical thinking, and structured follow-up.
