This role is ideal for a highly technical QA professional who prefers writing code, breaking down complex backend logic, and building scalable automated test suites over managing a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Automation Execution: Focus deeply on building, maintaining, and scaling a rigorous automated test suite from the ground up.
- Complex Scenario Testing: Dive into the intricacies of our Django backend to write tests for highly complex data interactions, API endpoints, and multi-tenant user workflows.
- AI-Driven QA: Leverage AI coding assistants and modern AI testing tools to rapidly generate, optimize, and maintain test scripts.
- Pipeline Integration: Work alongside the development team to ensure automated tests are seamlessly integrated into our deployment pipelines.
- Quality Assurance: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for code quality, ensuring robust coverage on all new features before they hit production.
Technical & Professional Requirements
- 6+ years of dedicated experience in automated QA, with 8+ years being ideal.
- Exceptional Python coding skills required to navigate and write tests for our complex Django environment.
- Deep mastery of automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Pytest, or similar.
- Advanced experience with API testing (REST/GraphQL) and handling complex database setups for test environments is ideal.
- Strong, demonstrated skills using AI tools (like Copilot, Claude Code, or specialized QA AI) to write and debug test code faster.
- Ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor within a fast-paced development team.
