QA Conformance Assistant Manager

Location: Office & Field (Willing to Travel)

Join our team and help ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality assurance, and operational excellence across our warehousing, cold chain, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of Food Safety & Quality Management Systems (FSQMS).
• Conduct QA inspections, audits, and compliance verification across warehouses, cold storage, and logistics operations.
• Review QA reports, temperature monitoring records, and inspection results to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Investigate quality issues through root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and third-party logistics providers to resolve quality concerns.
• Facilitate food safety and quality training while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor QA team members and support cross-functional quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Biosciences, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Quality Assurance experience in the food manufacturing, restaurant, or commissary industry.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Knowledge of GMP, Good Warehousing Practices (GWP), Food Safety, QA Systems, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.
• Experience with FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, BRCGS, or similar food safety management systems is an advantage.
• Experience in warehouse, cold chain, or logistics QA is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, auditing, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
