Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Test Automation & Execution: Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca. Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
- End-to-End Testing: Plan and execute Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- API & Database Verification: Perform hands-on API testing and database validation using advanced SQL queries to ensure data integrity and backend reliability.
- Lifecycle Management: Actively participate in the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and manage the Defect Life Cycle—logging, tracking, and verifying bugs using tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
- Agile Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts in an Agile/Scrum environment to understand requirements and deliver high-quality sprints.
- Documentation: Create, update, and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, automation strategies, and execution reports.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, debug, and isolate complex software issues, providing clear documentation and root-cause analysis to the development team.
- Must be willing to work Full On-site in Ortigas city, Podium
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Software Testing TOSCA and Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Tosca.
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
- Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing.
- Knowledge in API testing, database testing, and SQL queries.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Ability to create and maintain automated test scripts and test documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge in CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks is a plus.
- Tosca Certification is an advantage.
