Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive automation initiatives, balancing tactical manual testing with strategic automation using advanced AI tools to improve efficiency, maintainability, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
•    Balance manual testing efforts with strategic test automation initiatives. 
•    Develop, maintain, and optimize test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, TestNG, and JUnit. 
•    Implement Agentic AI tools for test generation, automation, healing, and reporting to enhance productivity and reduce maintenance overhead. 
•    Design robust automation architectures using Page Object Model (POM) and Page Component Object Model (PCOM) principles. 
•    Perform API testing and automation with Postman, REST Assured, SOAP UI, and other relevant tools. 
•    Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. 
•    Utilize test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, and TestRail to track, report, and manage testing activities. 
•    Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test strategies and ensure deep testability is built into the product from day one. 
•    Establish best practices, coding standards, and reusable automation libraries across teams and projects. 
•    Work in Agile and DevOps environments, contributing to planning, grooming, and retrospectives. 

Qualifications
•    Hands-on experience in QA automation using Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, and Postman. 
•    Strong knowledge of API automation and testing frameworks. 
•    Experience with CI/CD integration for automated tests. 
•    Foundational understanding of Agentic AI or Generative AI tools applied to test automation. 
•    Proficient in test management tools (Jira, Zephyr, TestRail). 
•    Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
•    Experience in Agile/DevOps environments preferred.
