Job Description
- Conducts special analysis and end-use test of flour and premix samples
- Evaluates deliveries of non-wheat materials such as flour ingredients and packaging materials in accordance with established sampling plan/procedure
- Gives disposition on deliveries promptly, prepares material release report based on evaluation results
- Prepares rejection notice to all non-conforming deliveries
- Conducts microbiological analysis
