TASK

End-Use Test (Flour)

• Conducts baking / end-use test evaluation for finished products and special samples
• Collates end-use evaluation results for preparation of weekly quality profile
• Maintains baking equipment clean and in good condition
• Ensures availability of baking ingredients and supplies
• Prepares and submit necessary reports

Rheological Test

• Conducts farinograph and extensograph test of flour and special samples
• Collates rheological evaluation results for the weekly quality profile
• Updates and prepares necessary reports

Others

• Assists QA Specialists in different testing and evaluation conducted in the laboratory
• Assists QA-Inspector in other checking/inspection activities
• Conducts basic test of raw materials (packaging & additives) under the supervision of QA Specialist
• Performs other QA assisting functions that maybe assigned by Superior from time to time
