Job Description

The QA Assistant for Documentation shall provide support in safeguarding the integrity of food manufacturing operations by ensuring that all quality-related documentation is accurately transposed, securely managed, and fully compliant with company protocols.

Reporting directly to the QA Manager, this position supports Actron Products and other food solutions initiatives by maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to industry standards.

  1. Transpose, organize, and maintain all quality-related documentation for Actron Products under the supervision of the QA Manager.
  2. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of records across food safety, quality assurance, and compliance systems.
  3. Implement version control and archiving practices to align with food industry regulatory requirements (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).
  4. Sign and strictly adhere to project-specific Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
  5. Follow contractual confidentiality clauses, including: (1) Use of only company-provided laptops for documentation tasks. (2) Restriction of mobile phone use during working hours to prevent data leakage.
  6. Apply access-level protocols to restrict visibility of sensitive documentation to approved personnel only.
  7. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure documentation aligns with food safety standards and customer requirements.
  8. Support audits and inspections by preparing and presenting accurate documentation.
  9. Assist in identifying gaps in documentation processes and recommend improvements to strengthen compliance.
  10. Uphold company values of integrity, safety, and quality in all documentation practices.
  11. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA department.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in food technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. With at least 1 year of experience in documentation management, preferably within food manufacturing or quality assurance environments.
  3. Strong understanding of confidentiality protocols, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks in the food industry.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document control systems.
  5. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under strict confidentiality requirements
