Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented SFCC QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) implementations, ensuring high-quality deliverables across multiple environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SFCC applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Validate site performance, checkout flows, product catalog, promotions, and personalization features.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot defects and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks for SFCC projects.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and QA methodologies.
- Document test results and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
- Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives within Agile teams.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in QA testing for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce workflows (catalog, cart, checkout, payment, order management).
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit).
- Experience with API testing (REST, SOAP) and tools like Postman.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
