Job Description

Scope Of Work/Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive and efficient reconciliation solution to identify data discrepancies.
  • Expand the reconciliation scope to ensure a thorough and detailed examination of discrepancies.
  • Automate the reconciliation process to reduce manual effort, improve processing time, and enhance accuracy.
  • Collaborate with business users to empower them in improving data accuracy, addressing discrepancies, streamlining operations, and risks.
  • Develop and maintain APIs to facilitate seamless integration and communication between systems, addressing and fixing data break causes effectively and improving data integrity and quality.
  • Assist in the generation of statistical analyses and reporting to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Reporting & Incident Management:Provide regular project status updates and assist with solutions for escalated production incidents, conducting root cause analysis and proposing preventive measures.

Requirement And Qualification (Education & Work Experience)

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in Python programming is essential, and familiarity with other languages and data analysis tools would be advantageous.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and comfort with large data sets.
  • Ability to design and implement automated solutions for data validation and reconciliation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business users and team members.
  • Experience with ITIL, Agile, or similar IT frameworks.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of private sector operations, CreditLens, LoanIQ, or Summit.

Work Arrangement

  • Willing to work remotely with occasional reporting to Headquarters if necessary
  • Work Schedule is from 9:00AM 6:00PM Manila Time.
