Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure alignment on project milestones.
Build expertise in automated pension calculations and letter configuration.
Stay updated on business requirements and assess their impact on calculation and configuration development.
Share knowledge, coding practices, and process improvements to drive collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the team.

The Requirements
35 years of professional experience in Python with a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Knowledge of coding standards, best practices, performance, and security.
Experience with source code control systems (preferably Git).
Exposure to structured Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
Basic knowledge of Unix (Linux/AIX) and Oracle SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Willingness to learn extensively about UK Occupational Pensions.
