Job Title: Permanent Remote - Python/Javascript Developer

Schedule: Full-time, Eastern U.S. business hours (fixed-night shift)

Compensation: Php 150,000–Php210,000 net per month

Halo Recruiting is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company that is transforming how B2B sales teams access and use knowledge.

Their platform uses a codeless, rules-driven approach to create intelligent knowledge solutions that help leading technology brands accelerate sales and deliver better customer experiences.

We're looking for a Python & JavaScript Developer to join their technical team and help build, enhance, and maintain applications, APIs, automation tools, and user-facing features.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain applications using Python and JavaScript
• Build and integrate REST APIs and backend services
• Develop user-facing features and connect them with backend functionality
• Build automation tools and solutions that support business and customer needs
• Work in Linux environments to configure, run, troubleshoot, and maintain applications
• Diagnose technical issues and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable code with appropriate testing and documentation
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design and implementation
• Collaborate with technical and customer delivery teams to turn requirements into working solutions

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript
• Solid experience working in Linux environments, including command-line tools, shell scripting, permissions, processes, and logs
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work
• Comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL and databases, including relational or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB
• Experience developing with Java
• Familiarity with AWS, including EC2, S3, Lambda, or API Gateway
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or similar
• Experience working with AI, SaaS, automation, or enterprise technology
