Python Backend / Tech Architect (GenAI)
Location: Chennai (Hybrid)
Experience: 12 16 Years
We are looking for an experienced Python Backend / Tech Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade Generative AI applications. This role combines hands-on architecture, backend engineering, and technical leadership to deliver high-performance AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable GenAI applications using Python, FastAPI, and OpenShift.
- Design RAG-based solutions, chatbots, and multi-agent AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or ADK.
- Develop high-performance asynchronous APIs using AsyncIO and FastAPI.
- Build and optimize data access layers using PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL, and SQLAlchemy.
- Drive containerized deployments with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote software design best practices.
Required Skills
- 12 16 years of Python backend development and solution architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, AsyncIO, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI, RAG, vector databases (pgvector/Pinecone), and LLM application development.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable distributed systems.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience delivering technology solutions in
Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail, or FMCG/CPG domains will be highly preferred. Exposure to inventory management, demand forecasting, procurement, warehouse operations, or logistics platforms is an added advantage.
