Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Python AI Developer to design and build scalable, cloud-native AI solutions with a focus on Generative AI and agent-based architectures.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks, and a solid understanding of containerized deployments and modern DevOps practices.
This role involves building reusable AI platforms, enabling self-service capabilities, and delivering robust, enterprise-scale AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain tools and self-service capabilities for deploying AI applications
  
• Build scalable and reusable components to accelerate GenAI adoption across teams
  
• Design and deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes/OpenShift
  
• Implement deployment strategies using GitOps, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines
  
• Integrate AI services with vector databases and embedding pipelines
  
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based and agent-driven applications
  
• Work with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.) for workflow automation
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best practices for AI development and deployment
  
• Ensure scalability, reliability, monitoring, and observability of AI platforms
  
• Contribute to architectural decisions around security, performance, and system design
  
• Support release strategies such as Blue/Green deployments
  
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum processes
  
  

Required Skills and Qualification

• 4–6 years of experience in software development, with strong Python expertise
  
• Hands-on experience in building AI/GenAI or LLM-driven applications
  
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST API development
  
• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and containerized environments
  
• Expertise in asynchronous programming, multiprocessing, and performance optimization
  
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts (SQL, NoSQL, Kafka, Redis)
  
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins) and GitOps practices
  
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0 and secure application design
  
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Loki)
  
• Experience deploying applications using cloud-native patterns (e.g., Blue/Green deployments)
  
• Working knowledge of ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
  
• Strong understanding of secure coding, data privacy, and governance
  
• Experience with unit testing, performance testing, and BDD methodologies
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, and fine-tuning
  
• Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.)
  
• Understanding of Agentic AI, multi-agent workflows, and orchestration techniques
  
• Familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps / ModelOps practices

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
  
  
• Exposure to multi-agent systems and workflow automation frameworks
  
• Familiarity with frontend tools (Streamlit, Gradio) for AI applications
  
• Knowledge of SRE practices and production support models
  
• Experience building enterprise AI applications such as copilots or chatbots
