Job Description

Job Functions

  • Plan and execute procurement based on production and sales requirements.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best cost and terms.
  • Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance.
  • Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Sales on inventory and demand.
  • Ensure accuracy of purchase orders and compliance with company policies.
  • Control procurement costs and monitor budget utilization.
  • Supervise purchasing staff and improve procurement processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
  • At least 5 years procurement experience in manufacturing, with supervisory exposure.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
