Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and offering effective solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain updated records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
