Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account, billing, payment, and transaction concerns
• Handle financial service inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Follow security, privacy, and compliance procedures
• Maintain accurate customer records
  
  

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
