Qualifications
- High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate
- Open to applicants with at least 1 month of BPO experience OR at least 6 months of customer-facing experience in another industry, such as cashier, sales associate, receptionist, retail, hospitality, or similar roles
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
