Job Overview
Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, flight and hotel reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general customer support via phone, chat, or email.
Requirements
- At least 1 month of BPO/call center experience
- High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
