Job Description
With a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related business course.
With at least 2 years experience in purchasing - sourcing, vendor relations, negotiations, facilitation of item pick-up, filing and admin works, document management
Must have experience in IMPEX (import-export of goods), and proven network of freight forwarders/customs brokers
Preferably from engineering/construction industries – can easily understand steel, aggregate, structural/civil/architectural/plumbing/electrical works specifications
Preferably with a wide network of contractors - general, specialized, etc.
With a valid driver's license
Very technologically-savvy: Whatsapp, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Excel, Google Calendar
With confident personality and is able to communicate with all types of personalities
Very cost conscious and creative with negotiations
With proven track record of reliable attendance
With proven integrity and work ethic
Very responsive and time-conscious
