Job Description

Qualifications

A college Graduate of any 4 yrs course
Experience in Purchasing atleast 4 years
Has attended supply chain management relevant training
Basic knowledge of driving an L300 or motorcycle
Advanced both in written, oral and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP HANA transactions, particularly within the Procurement and Inventory Module.
Advanced knowledge of Food Safety, cGMP, and ISO 9001 standards.

Job Description

Ensures a suitable number of external providers per category are accredited and regularly evaluated
Creates an annual external provider visit plan and coordinates with the external providers and QMS for the timely conduct of the audit
Evaluates and analyzes the result of the external provider audits and ensures appropriate actions are taken in case on nonconformities
Monitors External provider performance in terms of availability, timeliness, quality and price
Leads the department in all negotiations with major purchasing requirements such as new packaging design, special projects, and new external providers
Supports the MRP implementation by providing updated acquisition costs and lead times for all procurement processes
Analyzes price trends, seasonality, external provider capacity to ensure a steady supply of Belcris requirements
Ensures the Department's ISO Compliance such as the creation of Departmental BSC and the monthly checklists, CAR closure, Mgt Review Presentation
Creates and updates the department's relevant documented information as appropriate
Creates and controls the Departments OPEX and CAPEX Budget
Initiates cost saving programs for the department
Supervises the daily deliverables of his subordinates
Adheres to company's Vision, Mission, and Core Values
Performs other tasks as maybe assigned by Immediate Superior
