Purchasing/Inventory Officer
Location: Lipa, Batangas
Working Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
The Purchasing / Inventory Officer ensures timely procurement of supplies and effective inventory control to support restaurant operations while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and purchase food supplies, ingredients, and operational materials
- Monitor inventory levels, shelf life, and usage
- Conduct regular inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery, and quality issues
- Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or inventory management, preferably in food service or hospitality
Requirements
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficient in inventory systems or spreadsheets
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Lipa, Batangas
