What you will do:

• Supply Chain Data Analytics and Business Insights: Gathers and analyzes supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities, generate reports, develop business cases and feasibility studies, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support operational and strategic decision making.
• MacromatiX System Support: Serves as the first point of contact for MacromatiX (Mx) concerns, troubleshooting item visibility, activation, ordering, and inventory-related issues.
• Technical Issue Management: Validates and investigates system concerns, coordinates with vendors and support teams, and escalates unresolved issues ensuring timely resolution.
• Item Master Data Administration: Maintains item codes, vendor assignments, pricing, and other item-related information ensuring data accuracy.
• System Configuration and Data Management: Manages data, store zoning, and system configurations to ensure accurate inventory management and seamless operations.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
• With at least two years of experience in data analysis, master data management, inventory control, and supply chain systems.
• Experience using MacromatiX or similar ERP and inventory management platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
