Qualifications
- Strong procurement and sourcing skills, including vendor identification, quotation evaluation, and negotiation.
- Experience in inventory monitoring, materials planning, and coordination of deliveries.
- Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and basic contract review for purchase orders and supplier agreements.
- Comfort with office software and purchasing systems (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP or procurement tools).
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple purchasing requests and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with suppliers and internal teams.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles related to purchasing, invoicing, and budget tracking is an advantage.
- Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, or related roles; experience in F&B, hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or leisure industry experience is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
