We are a Japanese solar EPC company looking for a Purchasing & Logistics Associate to be part of our growing team!

Responsibilities

-Sourcing & Buying: Canvass and negotiate with solar suppliers for the best prices on panels, inverters, and hardware.

-Order Tracking: Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on delivery timelines to ensure no project delays.

-Market Monitoring: Keep track of price trends and stock availability from key distributors.

-Inventory Oversight: Maintain a digital record of stock levels; perform basic inspections of items upon arrival to ensure quality and quantity.

-After-Sales Coordination: Act as the point of contact for manufacturers regarding warranty claims and faulty equipment.

Qualifications

- Graduate of any Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain course.

- Open to Fresh Graduates or candidates with 1 year of experience in purchasing, logistics, or administrative support.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills for negotiating with suppliers and coordinating with the internal team.

- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders or project lists simultaneously.

- Proactive, honest, and willing to be trained on solar technical specifications.
