Job description:
Responsible for providing clerical and administrative assistance in undertaking the canvassing, buying, sourcing for and evaluating suppliers performance and other procurement related procedures WITHIN THE LIMITS OF established guidelines, standards, procedures and objectives of the Hotel IN ORDER TO achieving operational efficiency through cost effective, on-time delivery and strategic means of ensuring the availability of materials, items and services required for Hotel operations.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
a. Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably business course.
b. One (1) years working experience in procurement, preferably in the constructions & hotel.
c. Familiarity with concepts and practices on procurement.
d. Organized, trustworthy, keen on details and with skills in negotiating.
e. Average aptitude in negotiating and excellent interpersonal skills.
f. Above average literacy on computer operations.
