What you will do:
- Strategic Procurement and Category Management: Oversees the full procurement lifecycle for food and paper products, including proposal development, sourcing strategy creation, supplier evaluation and selection, contract negotiation, and category management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Accreditation: Lead sourcing initiatives including supplier and supply mapping, commercial negotiations, forecasting, inventory management, risk mitigation, contingency planning, supply capacity building, contract compliance, and supplier accreditation.
- Cost Optimization & Supplier Performance Management: Drives cost optimization and supply chain innovations for new and existing product lines and conducts regular business reviews to enhance vendor performance and overall service quality.
- Data-Driven Insights & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Analyzes procurement and supply chain data to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Logistics.
- Must have an experience in handling food category.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Skilled in data gathering, analysis, and reporting with strong skills on analytical, problem-solving, including root cause analysis.
- Proven ability to correlate and quantify initiatives to trends, movements, and internal/external factors to drive data-informed decisions and strategic improvements.
