Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating international suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Support the preparation of purchase orders and follow up on approvals and supplier confirmations.
  • Coordinate the preparation and collection of import documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List).
  • Track international shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure timely and compliant import clearance.
  • Assist in monitoring supplier performance and maintaining supplier databases.
  • Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and international trade regulations.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and filing systems for audits and reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth end-to-end procurement processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 13 years of procurement experience, with at least 1 year involving international/import transactions.
  • Basic understanding of import procedures, customs documentation, and INCOTERMS.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity of using WeChat
  • Can start immediately
