Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Business-related field
  • Preferably with experience handling Purchasing, Logistics, and Inventory in a manufacturing or construction industry
  • Knowledgeable to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent in interpersonal communication and has negotiation skills
  • Knowledgeable in trucking/logistics service providers

Responsibilities

  • Locate suppliers and purchase supplies with quality at the lowest cost
  • Facilitate purchase orders to respective local suppliers
  • Assist the purchasing and delivery team in canvassing and purchasing raw materials
  • Monitoring and coordinating deliveries or shipments nationwide
  • Coordinate with suppliers in case of delay in delivery or receipt of subpar goods.
  • Coordinate delivery of materials to DBSI clients
  • Maintain a good filing system (Updated and easy retrieval of purchasing records)
  • Maintain proper inventory and monitoring of office supplies
