Job Description

  • Management and Operations
  • Collaborates with the editorial team to lay out and integrate images accurately within monographs and other publications.
  • Ensures all images strictly adhere to the latest product information and regulatory updates provided by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) or drug companies.
  • Maintains a well-organized digital filing system to manage images, ensuring that only current and approved images are used in publications.
  • Prepares and updates image files for upload to the Content Management System (CMS), ensuring consistency and version control.
  • Converts EPS image files into InDesign (INDD) format as a preparatory step for subsequent HTML table conversion.
  • Converts InDesign (INDD) format images into HTML format as part of management-approved projects to support the availability of enhanced visual content online.
  • Establishes and maintains a structured and up-to-date filing system specifically for HTML image assets, enabling efficient access and long-term organization.
  • Coordinates with internal teams to ensure visual content meets quality, regulatory, and publishing standards.
  • Supports workflow improvements related to image handling, version tracking, and digital publishing.
  • Administration
  • Participates in internal meetings, discussions, and reporting activities.
  • Monitors both individual and team output in alignment with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Tracks and reports on image production metrics and timelines.
  • Communications
  • Maintains open channels of communication with regulatory, editorial, and design teams to ensure timely updates and approvals of image content.
  • Coordinates with CMS and digital publishing teams to ensure that uploaded images are current, properly tagged, and accurately linked to their corresponding content.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in desktop publishing, digital content production, or a similar visual/media role.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Basic to intermediate HTML coding skills for image-to-web conversion and formatting.
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and editorial tracking tools.
  • Systematic and well-organized, with the ability to manage large volumes of digital assets efficiently.
  • Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and across departments.
  • Emotionally resilient and capable of handling pressure and shifting priorities.
  • Willing and physically able to work long hours or report onsite as required.
  • Good visual acuity to ensure precision in image quality and alignment.
