About the Role
Mentor Match is looking for an engaging Public Speaking Tutor to lead small group sessions (1 tutor : 4 students). You'll help students build confidence, articulation, and stage presence through interactive, activity-based classes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live online group sessions (max 4 students per batch)
- Train students in voice modulation, body language, structuring speeches, and impromptu speaking
- Design engaging activities — debates, storytelling, presentations, extempore
- Track individual progress and share feedback with parents/academic team
- Maintain high energy and ensure every student gets speaking time each session
Requirements
- Proven experience in public speaking training, debate coaching, theatre, or communication skills teaching
- Comfortable managing group dynamics with young learners
- Excellent spoken English and strong presence on camera
- Stable internet and a quiet teaching setup
