Public Relations Officer

Job Description

• Handle enquiries and feedback relating to the projects as well as follow-up on actions to resolve it
• Maintain good and positive relation with the residents.
• To serve as a liaison for all public relations matter for the new contract
• To assist the Authority in the running of their PR programmes
• Attend meetings, briefings, presentations with Authority
• Documentation, monitor and tabulate report from public feedback
• Meeting with an entity for areas of improvement
• Other ad-hoc duties with regards to Customer service

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of GCE O Level Certificate, with public relations work experience preferred.
• Min of 3 years of experience in Construction field
• Competent and possesses the skill, knowledge, and ability to manage public relation issues and general project queries with the residents effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with staff of all levels in the company.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
• Able to work independently and diligently, prioritize tasks assigned.
• Able to speak fluent English and one other official language.
