Main Duties And Responsibilities
I. Project Management & Leadership
Serve as the secondary lead for the MILO account, overseeing the day-to-day progress of
Consumer Education and Sports Activities workstreams.
Manage project timelines to ensure all deliverables (press releases, media invites, and
event scripts) are completed on schedule.
Facilitate regular internal and client status meetings, providing clear updates on project
health and upcoming deadlines
II. PR Strategy & Media Relations
Provide on-ground support for MILO Sports Activities, managing media registrations,
onsite interviews, and real-time content nee
Ensure all messaging for Consumer Education campaigns is consistent with the brands
nutritional and educational standards.
Coordinate with third-party suppliers and agencies to ensure logistical requirements for
PR-led activities are met.
III. Event & Execution Support
Review all project documentation for accuracy, brand alignment, and adherence to client
standards.
Consolidate and analyze media coverage to produce comprehensive post-campaign
reports and ROI measurements.
Monitor project budget utilization to ensure activities remain within the approved
allocation.
IV. Adherence to Team Culture
Routinely invests in building agency morale and capacities.
Job Requirements
- Must be a graduate of Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing and Advertising/Media.
- At least 2-3 years of Public Relations experience.
- With excellent communications (written/oral) skills, can plan and execute concepts and ideas, with strong media relations, account management and team management.
