Job Description

Axcess Public Relations, Inc. is looking for a passionate individual who will be part of our PR team and can do the following tasks:

  • Client Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for clients, facilitating communication and ensuring they receive high-quality service.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of PR campaigns, coordinating with the team to manage deliverables, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Service Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand agency services offered to clients, making proactive recommendations that align with their needs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR activities, preparing detailed reports to share results with clients and discuss potential areas for improvement.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with the Account Director to strategize and execute client initiatives.
  • Content Development Collaboration: Assist in the creation of press releases, reports, and presentations, ensuring quality and alignment with client messaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a PR role, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
