What will you do

• Leads KOL scouting, outreach, and relationship management  
• Handles negotiations, contracts, and deliverables  
• Develops clear, strategic briefs for KOLs aligned with campaign objectives  
• Coordinates end-to-end PR and KOL campaigns  
• Strategizes KOL pyramids, partnerships, events, and seeding kits  
• Ensures all outputs are aligned with brand positioning and strategy  
• Manages timelines, approvals, and execution across stakeholders  
• Tracks performance and generate post-campaign reports and insights  
• Identify and develop multi-brand partnerships, collaborations, and co-branded opportunities  

Who are we looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand marketing  
• Strong negotiation and communication skills  
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail  
• Good eye for talent, trends, and brand fit  
• Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
