Oversees the end-to-end delivery of business-grade internet installation programs across multiple sites and customers.

  • Provides leadership and direction to project managers responsible for internet installation and network deployment projects.
  • Ensures projects are delivered within agreed timelines, service-level commitments, and operational standards.
  • Coordinates delivery planning and resource allocation across engineering, provisioning, field operations, vendors, and service delivery teams.
  • Establishes governance, delivery frameworks, and operational processes to support large - scale connectivity deployments.
  • Monitors project portfolio performance including installation timelines, vendor performance, and service activation metrics.
  • Identifies program-level risks such as infrastructure limitations, permitting challenges, vendor dependencies, or resource constraints and implements mitigation strategies.
  • Works closely with network engineering teams to ensure technical requirements and deployment standards are consistently implemented.
  • Coordinates with third-party service providers, carriers, and infrastructure vendors involved in last-mile connectivity and service activation.
  • Provides regular program-level updates and status reports to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensures project managers maintain accurate documentation including implementation plans, site survey reports, installation schedules, and completion documentation.
  • Oversees service activation and ensures successful handover of deployed services to operations and support teams.
  • Ensures delivery teams follow company processes, operational standards, and safety requirements.
  • Drives process improvements to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of internet deployment operations.
  • Supports customer relationship management by ensuring installation programs meet customer expectations and service commitments.
  • Mentors and develops project management and service delivery staff within the organization.

Job Requirements

Required:

  • Completion of a college degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 710 years of experience in telecommunications service delivery, network deployment, or large-scale connectivity environments.
  • At least 35 years of experience in a leadership role managing project managers, service delivery teams, or network deployment programs.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise internet services such as Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), fiber connectivity, and business broadband deployments.
  • Experience managing complex multi-site connectivity deployments involving internal teams, vendors, and carriers.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with project management or service management platforms and ticketing systems.
  • Adheres to Acquire BPO's goals and adopts the core company principles as a member of the leadership team.

Preferred

  • Experience working in an ISP, telecommunications provider, or managed services environment.
  • Familiarity with fiber infrastructure deployments, last-mile connectivity ecosystems, and enterprise networking environments.
  • Project or program management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and coordinate engineering and network teams effectively.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams and third-party carriers.
  • Understanding of network provisioning processes and service activation workflows.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced service delivery environment.
