DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
- Maintain accurate provider records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Support onboarding of new providers and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Act as the main point of contact for providers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Build long-term relationships with providers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular meetings and communications to keep providers informed about policies, updates, and product offerings.
- Assist in resolving claims, billing, and service-related issues between providers and the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams (claims, underwriting, customer service) to streamline provider interactions.
- Monitor provider performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure provider practices align with legal and company requirements.
- Provide feedback to management on provider trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Support audits and reporting related to provider relations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Insurance, or related field.
- With 1–2 years of experience in provider relations, insurance operations, healthcare administration, or sales
- Knowledge of life insurance processes and healthcare provider networks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Amenable to work in Davao City
