Job Description
Clarity Pediatrics is seeking a detail-oriented Provider Operations Coordinator to provide temporary, full-time support during a period of high-volume provider hiring, onboarding, and scheduling. This role will provide additional administrative capacity to help ensure provider schedules, availability, and operational data are accurate and up to date, while also supporting patient scheduling needs.
This is a 3-month contract role beginning 9/8/26, with potential to continue based on business needs and performance.
What You'll Do
Enter and maintain provider schedules and availability across operational systems
Open and close provider availability according to established workflows
Schedule provider groups and maintain accurate group information in Airtable
Support patient scheduling and rescheduling, including outreach to patients as needed
Follow established Provider Operations workflows and SOPs
Identify and flag scheduling or data issues for the Provider Operations team
Provide general administrative support to the Provider Operations team during periods of high volume
What We're Looking For
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Comfortable working in spreadsheets and operational systems
Able to perform repetitive, detail-sensitive work accurately and efficiently
Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort interacting directly with patients and providers
Responsive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Comfortable following established processes and asking questions when something is unclear
Prior experience in healthcare, scheduling, customer/patient support, or a similar administrative role is a plus. Experience with Healthie EMR a plus.
Role Details
Full-time, temporary contract role for approximately 3 months
Offshore/remote, ability to work PST hours
Potential to extend based on business needs
Primary focus: provider scheduling, patient scheduling support, data accuracy, and administrative execution.
