Job Description

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Consultant/Manager to lead oversight of provider roster management activities and help drive adoption and optimization of the Symplr DIU (Dynamic Import Utility) tool. This role will focus on strategic oversight, data intake process design, and identifying automation opportunities across provider workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day provider roster processing and monitor data intake through Symplr DIU.
  • Act as the operational point of contact for Symplr future-state data readiness and transformation activities.
  • Identify and drive automation and optimization initiatives across provider onboarding, data validation, and credentialing workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to streamline roster lifecycle workflows.
  • Support governance and quality control across roster submissions and intake processes.
  • Ensure cross-functional coordination across Credentialing, PDM, and Contracting teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience in Provider Network Management (PNM) across roster, credentialing, or PDM domains.
  • Prior experience leading or supporting PNM transformation projects or tool implementation (e.g., Symplr).
  • Familiarity with Symplr DIU or similar data intake tools.
  • Process-minded with ability to spot gaps and drive automation opportunities.
  • Ability to manage operations, stakeholder expectations, and reporting under tight SLAs.
