We're looking for a detail-oriented Provider Enrollment & Credentialing Specialist to join our team remotely. This role is critical to ensuring healthcare providers are accurately enrolled and credentialed with commercial and government payers so they can deliver care without delays.

What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end provider enrollment, re-enrollment, and revalidation
- Maintain and update CAQH profiles
- Submit enrollment applications to commercial and government payers
- Track application status, follow up with payers, and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation and internal tracking logs
- Ensure compliance with payer and organizational requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to support timely provider onboarding
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or payer relations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines
- Ability to work remotely with reliability and accountability
- Experience with CAQH and payer portals strongly preferred
