Job Description

The Role

As a Propositions and Support Officer, you will be responsible for implementing a customer centric value proposition for Security Bank's Business Banking Segment.This role will work on the segment's branding and acquisition strategies, working closely with sales teams, product and channel owners, and other functional teams across the bank.ThePS Officer, additionally, will work with the BBS Proposition and Campaign head in managing and improving MSME segment's:(1) customer satisfaction ratings, (2) communication plan, and (3) the end-to-end customer journey.

How you'll contribute

  • Segment Branding & Engagement Coordinate, manage and execute communications plan, initiatives, and activities across internal and external customers including management of the corporate website and other customer touchpoints; collaborate with Branding team to ensure that the bank's MSME brand is promoted in a cohesive and consistent way.
  • Acquisition ability to acquire new MSME clients using the developed value proposition and/or attending/organizing on the ground events.
  • Internal and External Promotionsassists in end-to-end development and implementation of the segment's marketing promotions.
  • Support on Sales and Marketing Related Initiativescoordinate with branding team, sales teams, product partners and other internal stakeholder toensure that internal and external communications are on brand, accurate, and meet regulatory/client/company standards.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Analytics/Data Science, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management or any related course
  • At least 5 years experience in retail financial services or SME bank with a track record of branding, segment management, marketing, sales or product.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills: Ability to take complex topic and package it with the right level of details for the audience to create the most impact.
  • Understands local market and competitor landscape is MSME products / propositions.
  • Data driven mindset with passion in building customer solutions
