Key Responsibilities

- Manage the central proposals content library (i.e. Bid Hive), ensuring content is logically structured, searchable, tagged and easy for proposal teams to use. Maintain a single source of truth by removing duplicated, obsolete or non‑compliant material.
- Ensure all reusable content is compliant with brand, legal, commercial, safety and risk requirements. Maintain alignment with ISO standards, governance requirements and internal approvals.
- Establish and manage formal content review and refresh cycles. Coordinate with technical, operational, legal and commercial stakeholders to validate accuracy, relevance and currency, and update content based on project completions, lessons learned and changes in capability.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the business to capture expertise, translate technical input into proposal-ready language, and reduce repeated content requests during bids. Facilitate reviews and approvals in line with governance requirements.
- Structure and maintain content to maximise reuse and support AI‑enabled drafting and querying (e.g. Copilot and QorusDocs). Promote safe and effective use of AI within proposal development by ensuring high‑quality, prompt‑ready content is available.
- Support requests from the National Proposals Team in the development of proposal templates, standard responses, CVs and project profiles.
- Provide guidance, training and reference material to proposal teams on using the content library, applying content correctly and complying with content governance requirements.
- Monitor content usage, refresh status and identified gaps. Provide regular insights to proposal leadership on content effectiveness, risks and improvement priorities.
