Supports the Building Administrator in managing daily building operations, maintenance, and tenant coordination, ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and compliant.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferred), Business, Property Management, or related field
- Licensed Engineer (if applicable)
- 35 years experience in property management or similar role
- Good communication skills
- Extensive experience in tenant coordination
- Can start ASAP
Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervises and coordinates maintenance and repair tasks carried out by technicians, vendors, and contractors, including building upkeep, landscaping, and janitorial services.
- Provides support in the preparation of operating and capital expenditure budgets.
- Prepares and submits regular reports to the Building Administrator regarding building operations, equipment performance, and any maintenance issues or downtime.
- Oversees tenant fit-out and construction activities, ensuring compliance with building rules and reporting any violations.
- Leads tenant relations communications and coordination.
- Takes on the duties and responsibilities of the Building Administrator in their absence.
