Role Description

As a Property Specialist, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads through project manning, networking, referrals, digital marketing, and company-sponsored advertisements. You will actively engage with prospective clients, conduct project presentations, and guide them through the entire property buying process—from inquiry to closing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generate qualified leads through project manning, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Achieve a minimum annual sales target of ₱100 million.
• Build strong client relationships by providing responsive, professional, and personalized service.
• Conduct property presentations and accompany clients on showroom and site visits.
• Attend project manning schedules, property launches, company events, and team meetings.
• Stay knowledgeable about Ortigas Land's projects, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting and exceeding sales goals.
