Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pasig City for a Property Specialist. The Property Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and addressing inquiries or concerns. They will manage client relationships throughout the sales process, analyze market trends, identify target clients, and develop strategies to meet sales goals. The role also involves participating in events, property tours, and lead generation activities to expand the company's client base.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients and presenting property solutions effectively
• Proven Customer Service experience to address inquiries and cultivate positive client relationships
• Knowledge of Commercial and Residential Real Estate markets
• Sales acumen with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to close deals
• Good understanding of market trends and buyer behavior
• Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is advantageous
• Experience in the Philippine real estate market is a plus
