Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Specialist position located in Pasig, Pasay, Paranaque.. The Property Specialist will engage prospective clients to showcase and market residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, assisting clients with sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the buying or leasing process. The Property Specialist will collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience or knowledge in Commercial and Residential Real Estate
- Proven ability in Sales with a results-oriented approach
- Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to work on-sitel and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
