Property Specialist

The Property Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Iloilo City. This position involves promoting and selling residential properties, assisting prospective buyers and tenants in identifying suitable units, and providing accurate information on pricing, terms, and project features. The role includes conducting property tours, responding to inquiries, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory and market trends, and supporting documentation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, client orientation, and professionalism in handling inquiries and concerns.
• Candidates should possess knowledge or experience in Commercial Real Estate, including property features, leasing, and investment considerations.
• Candidates should possess knowledge or experience in Residential Real Estate, including unit types, community amenities, and buyer needs.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing techniques, and target-driven performance.
• Relevant experience in real estate sales, property brokerage, or related fields is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related discipline is preferred but not strictly required.
• Ability to work on-site in Iloilo City, with flexibility to attend client meetings, events, and property viewings as needed.
• Proficiency in basic office software and customer relationship management tools is beneficial.
