Role Description The Property Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Marilao. This role is responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties, conducting property viewings, and providing accurate information on project features, pricing, and payment terms. The Property Specialist will engage prospective buyers through various channels, respond to inquiries, and build long-term client relationships. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams on inventory and documentation, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring that all transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves achieving sales targets, participating in marketing activities, and maintaining a professional presence at events and project sites.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and address inquiries.
• Candidates should possess knowledge in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate to accurately present property options and market insights.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Candidates should possess basic negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to explain property benefits and terms clearly.
• Candidates should possess a results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Candidates should possess a willingness to work on-site in Marilao, including weekends or holidays as needed for client meetings or events.
• A background in real estate, business, marketing, or related fields, and prior sales experience, is an advantage.
• A college degree is preferred but not strictly required for candidates with strong relevant experience.
