Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing individual, male or female, with a pleasing personality who enjoys meeting and engaging with a variety of people. The ideal candidate should have excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to successfully close deals for the company.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of lease-hold rights.
• Experience in real estate internet selling, particularly in the Airbnb business.
• Established network of expats and clients interested in Airbnb ventures or long-term residential leases in the Philippines.
• Residing near BGC, Taguig, Makati, or willing to commute/relocate close to the project site.
• Willingness to report to the BGC office/showroom and actively participate in both online and offline sales activities.
• Flexible work schedule.
